Master Kirkwood's Cho's Taekwondo schools deliver the most advanced training system. You will be taught personally by Master Kirkwood, as well as the most experienced Instructors that are fully qualified to teach all levels. All Instructors and Class room helpers are credential checked by Disclosure Scotland. Our Schools are also members of the Hamilton Sports Council, which offers children and adults within the Lanarkshire area, exceptional training and facilities.

Our schools offer Specialised classes in self defence, body conditioning, plyometrics, grappling, point sparring, continuous sparring as well as demonstration martial arts and weapons.
