The results have been received from A.I.M.A.A HQ, Hawaii, and it is with great pleasure that we announce the following promotions within A.I.M.A.A Scotland.

Master Kirkwood would like to congratulate his colleague and friend Mr. James Lawson on his promotion to 5th Degree under Grandmaster Cho. Mr Lawson is an outstanding Instructor within Scotland and is a pillar within our association. Master Kirkwood would also like to congratulate Miss Lauren Mulaghton, Mr Mark Russell, Mr David Graham and Mr Michael Maxwell on their success at the recent testing in Ireland. All of these students train weekly with Master Kirkwood and have worked hard for their testing. Also congratulations to Mr Walker, Mr Shaw, Mr Barr, Mr Kirkland and Miss Currie all from the Hamilton and Larkhall Cho's TKD Schools on their recent promotion. Lastly a big well done to Mr Byrne on his success at attaining 1st Degree Black Belt. Mr Byrne trains under the very much respected Mr. Lawson in the Glasgow Cho's TKD School.

A special mention and congratulations to our friends in Ireland who were also successful at the International Testing. Congratulations to Ms Doreen Byrne (5th Degree) who has officially became the highest ranking female in A.I.M.A.A, and is an outstanding martial artist. Also a big congrats to our friends Mr Will Power, Mr Gerry long and Mr Paul Healy who did an exceptional job on the day! We are so proud of you guys! Lastly to all of the A.I.M.A.A Ireland and England students and Instructors who also tested, well done on your success, you all deserved it!
