to the official A.I.M.A.A
Scotland
website. A.I.M.A.A Scotland is headed by Master
John Kirkwood 6th Degree, who teaches daily
at various schools within Scotland. All instruction in
all A.I.M.A.A
Scotland schools are undertaken by certified Instructors, who are fully vetted
by Disclosure Scotland. At Master
Kirkwood's schools of Cho's Tae Kwon Do you will
be taught the traditional aspects of Tae
kwon Do, A.I.M.A.A Curriculum, Self defence,
Competition sparring and One-Step by
Master Kirkwood personally.

 Master
John Kirkwood has been involved within Tae-Kwon-Do for
over 37 years and has taught for over 31
years within Lanarkshire. He personally
teaches students at the A.I.M.A.A
Scotland Headquarters school which is located within Blantyre Sports Centre. He
also teaches alongside his son John Kirkwood at
his "Lesmahagow school of Cho's TKD" and at his
new school located in the "Alistair McCoist Complex"
in East Kilbride.
Master Kirkwood
offers specialised
courses in self defence, point and continuous
sparring, as well as body conditioning and plyometrics.
He also runs additional squad training, fight club
and Black Belt training classes for students within
Scotland. Over the last decade he has went on to
produce many black belts, some having went onto to
becoming Instructors in their own right. Many of the
students that train within Master Kirkwood's school
have obtained World, European and National Titles,
through his competition training regime.
As the appointed
director of A.I.M.A.A Scotland he endeavours
to ensure that Grandmaster Cho's teachings and
philosophies are engraved into the minds of the
Instructors and students in Scotland. To read more

COMBAT - SELF DEFENCE SEMINAR
SOLD OUT!!
This A.I.M.A.A
Scotland Sanctioned seminar is being held this
Thursday at A.I.M.A.A Scotland HQ, by International
Instructor and A.I.M.A.A Scotland Co-founder, Mr
James Lawson. This 2 hour seminar will
incorporate many pressure point self defence moves,
take downs and holds, as well as other self defence
techniques. Master Kirkwood has been delighted
by the response of attendees and thanks all his
Black Belts and students for supporting Mr. Lawson
in his first seminar within A.I.M.A.A.
A.I.M.A.A European
Director, Master John Darcy was originally attending
this event to support Mr Lawson, however due to
commitments in Ireland cannot make it over this
time, but sends his best wishes to Mr Lawson. He
commends all those who are taking part and
supporting Mr Lawson, as he knows hosting a seminar
is no easy task. Master Darcy has sent a
message to all those attending, and this will appear
here with the official report, after the event. |

UK WEBSITE - LAUNCHING 7TH SEPTEMBER
The new A.I.M.A.A UK website is set
to launch on the 7th of September, 2010! This
exciting website holds all information on all
A.I.M.A.A UK events, as well as details of all
schools within the UK, covering Scotland, England
and Wales.
Students can
access information on class programs held within
A.I.M.A.A, Events and Workshops within the UK, the
latest publications by A.I.M.A.A Grandmasters and
Masters, A.I.M.A.A Panther information as well as
information on how to join the action in the UK!
We will update
everyone on the launching of this exciting site
within the A.I.M.A.A. Please note the site
